Kim wears many hats, balancing roles as a Virtual Assistant for mental health professionals, with being an entertainment operations manager for a cruise line and an international touring company. With a background in coordinating complex schedules and managing high-stakes operations, Kim brings organization, efficiency, and a calm, proactive approach to each office she manages.

 
Originally from New Jersey, Kim enjoys frequent trips to the Jersey Shore (or any beach!) and is a proud dog lover – the larger the better! When not managing multiple projects, she can be found enjoying an afternoon cup of tea and a good book, always finding a moment to recharge.

With degrees in both entertainment and business, Kim has spent nearly two decades honing skills in coordination, operations, and administrative support across diverse industries. She keeps odd hours to accommodate the demands of multiple industries and time zones, but is always just an email away.
